Are there setup or per-call fees?+
None. Per-seat per-month, billed monthly or annually (10% off annual). No setup, no per-call, no NEMSIS export fees. What you see is what you pay.
Do you offer grant-friendly invoicing?+
Yes — we generate invoices that line up with SAFER, AFG, HRSA, and state EMS grant requirements. Many of our agencies pay through grant funds; we'll work directly with your finance office.
What if my state isn't licensed yet?+
You can still use PriorityU EMS Protocols on the Individual tier with our base protocol library. When we license your state, your medical director's signed protocols will appear automatically. We're adding 1-2 new states per quarter.
Can we pilot before paying?+
Yes. Pilots are 60 days for free at the Enterprise tier — we work with your medical director to scope success criteria and review weekly. Roughly 85% of pilots convert.
